 Assist patients with general questions related to their medical bills.
 Process payments and conduct inquiries on billing statuses.
 Engage with patients to discuss outstanding balances and help them resolve account issues.
 Effectively navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and timely support.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
 Proficient in using technology and navigating computer systems.
 Ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.
Qualifications
 A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, restaurant, or call center environments.
 High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
