Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative, working remotely with CVS Health. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as a single point of contact via phone calls from plan members, individuals, and providers.
Provide personalized communication based on customer preferences and individualized needs.
Build trusting and caring relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Anticipate customer needs and provide relevant information to address unasked questions.
Utilize customer support tools and frameworks to make informed decisions and resolve customer issues.
Educate and assist customers on various aspects of benefit plan information and available services.
Take ownership of customer contacts to resolve issues and connect them with additional services as needed.
Identify customer needs beyond the initial request and respond promptly to address concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver customer-specific solutions and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Client care experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store.
Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
