As a remote agent, you will have the opportunity to: Work from home and avoid commuting hassles Create your own schedule and work at your own pace Enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment Be part of a team that values exceptional customer service and support Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Support Representative with Working Solutions, you will have the opportunity to: Earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives Earn additional incentives during peak tax season (January - April) Take advantage of flexible scheduling opportunities and create your own schedule Work from home and avoid commuting hassles Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Additionally, contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Schedule and Contract Details This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2024. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work at your own pace. You will be required to: Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday Work a minimum of 4 hours per day, if scheduled Be available for weekday and weekend shifts Technology Requirements To work as a Customer Support Representative with Working Solutions, you will need: A personal computer (no tablet) Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date USB headset with microphone A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract Important Information Please note that: We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions Conclusion and Call to Action If you are a tech-savvy and customer-focused individual looking for a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to Intuit TurboTax customers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
