This presents a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is creating a product with a profound impact on our customers, working on cutting-edge 100,000-pound autonomous robots, engineering intricate systems at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI, and joining the early stages of an exciting startup journey.The Customer Success Technician will work directly with mining and construction customers to install, integrate, and maintain Teleo’s remote operation and AI systems on heavy equipment. This role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work independently in field environments, and a willingness to learn complex, cross-domain systems.nResponsibilities Include:Measuring and integrating mechanical and electrical componentsInstalling and optimizing on-equipment systems and network infrastructureTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issuesSupporting new vehicle, control station, and network deploymentsPerforming routine maintenance and service visitsMinimum Qualifications2+ years of experience in a Technician or Mechanic roleExperience in Mining, Construction, Mechanical, Automotive, or other Industrial fieldsExperience integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferredHands-on experience with electrical systems, including rework and splicingAbility to use electrical test instruments (multimeter, continuity tester, etc.)Comfortable working from technical drawings and schematicsProficient with computers (email, chat tools, spreadsheets, documentation)Comfortable using power tools (grinder, drill, fabrication tools) and performing mechanical assembliesPhysically capable of performing field work, including lifting, climbing, and working on heavy equipmentAbility and willingness to travel 50%+ to customer sites (regional driving and periodic out-of-state travel)Strong communication skills and professional customer interactionFluent in English (written and spoken)Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving technical environmentStrong work ethic and accountabilityPreferred Qualifications/Bonus PointsAbility to use CAD platformsUnderstanding of electrical diagram platformsComfortable configuring computers and networksn$70,000 - $100,000 a yearnYou will travel to customer sites (50%+ travel required), operating within customer time constraints and safety conditions to complete installations of Teleo’s hardware, electrical, and network systemsThis position offers the opportunity to work alongside senior operations leadership and gain experience across mechanical, electrical, networking, and AI-integrated systems.
