They are seeking a Desktop Staff Appraiser who will be responsible for completing real estate appraisals, ensuring compliance with standards, and producing accurate appraisal reports.

• Producing accurate and timely appraisal reports

Skills
• Strong skills in property data research, market analysis, and valuation methodology
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed appraisal reports
• Understanding of appraisal standards, compliance, and regulatory practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in appraisal software and technology platforms
• State Appraiser Certification or License is required
• Previous experience in residential appraisal is preferred
