As a Customer Service Tolling Representative, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.

About the Position

This entry-level, on-site role is designed to provide a comprehensive customer service experience, handling inbound inquiries, troubleshooting customer disputes, processing payments, and addressing process-related queries. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, reliable, and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two calls are the same, and your problem-solving skills will be put to the test.

Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Follow the processes of the Client program, performing all tasks in a courteous and professional manner.
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, accurately document and process customer claims, and comply with requirements surrounding confidential information.
Escalate customer issues appropriately to the managerial team, ensuring timely resolution.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes.
Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


To be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications.
The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
A customer service-oriented mindset, being empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious.
The ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team orientation and customer focus, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers.


Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:


One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment.
Previous work-at-home experience.
State or Federal work experience.
