Customer Service Specialist - Remote Opportunity with HSN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at HSN. As a remote team member, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional service to our customers via inbound calls. Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and provide personalized support to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
Report to an assigned Supervisor and work a set schedule and structured day
Opportunity for advancement across the entire Qurate network
What We Offer:
Competitive salary starting at $15.00/hour
Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years
Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual opportunity available)
High-speed internet connection and a self-provided computer or laptop (Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years)
Headset compatible with HSN specifications
Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
Reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
Training and Development:
Paid training period with required attendance and participation
Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET
