Seasonal Full Time Processing Specialist III – EDI

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily FTP and EDI operations, providing troubleshooting and technical support
- Set up and maintain client files while ensuring data integration
- Respond to EDI inquiries from providers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure commitments to customers are met through effective communication and process management
- Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in FTP, EDI, or related work
- Basic understanding of FTP and EDI processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously, including Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support for EDI processes
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data integration and configuration settings
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Interest in continuous improvement and innovation within processes
