Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary liaison for clients navigating estate management and life‑insurance matters. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients’ estates are administered efficiently, assets are maximized, and families receive the peace of mind they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, providing clear updates, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the estate‑management lifecycle.
Product Mastery: Stay current on arenaflex’s full suite of life‑insurance offerings—including term life, whole life, universal life, and optional riders—to confidently articulate benefits and suitability.
Policy Customization: Conduct thorough needs analyses, interpreting financial goals and risk tolerance to recommend optimal coverage structures, premium payment options, and ancillary riders.
Relationship Building & Follow‑Up: Establish long‑term trust with clients through regular outreach, satisfaction checks, and proactive identification of additional support or policy adjustments.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and securely store all estate‑related documentation (wills, deeds, tax forms, beneficiary designations) ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Administrative Excellence: Complete insurance applications, submit required paperwork, and maintain meticulous records in arenaflex’s CRM and document‑management systems.
Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process, collecting necessary documentation, filing claims, and following up to guarantee timely resolution.

Essential Qualifications
