**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Real-time Customer Data Platform & Adobe Experience Platform**

Our team is made up of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a difference in the lives of our customers and employees. **Key Responsibilities** As our ideal candidate, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including: * Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet the commercial business needs of arenaflex * Supporting new development, configuration, and upkeep on the platform * Providing technical guidance and expertise to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform * Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions * Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on tech needs and implementations * Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform * Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform * Leading education sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform * Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation & marketing and marketing solution experience * Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent * Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues * Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences * Strong analytical skills * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information * Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: * Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field * Experience with Customer Data structures, including Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment * Proven track record of effectively managing and implementing complex business-grade systems * In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices * Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization **Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing** At arenaflex, we believe in sharing success with our employees.
