What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely information about our products and services, and to resolve any issues they may have in a professional and courteous manner.


Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about CVS Health products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of service quality and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.


Key Responsibilities

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for:


Handling a high volume of customer interactions with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.

The ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical terminology is a plus.
