Job Title: ERP Consultant Workday Finance Location: RemoteKnowledge Base: 7-9 Years experience• • The primary function of the Workday Finance Consultant is implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the Workday Finance system• Design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.• Resolve production issues as well as guiding the team in solving Incidents/problems.• Support maintenance of Workday Finance configuration, including setup and functional configuration• Maintain, test, and implement new functionality within Workday finance modules• Manage business application implementations, changes, enhancements, and process improvements.• Configure new user/role-based security group for access management• Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors.• provide healthcare industry perspective for customer business requirements and mentor junior team members• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to architect integrations between Workday and external vendor solutions• Ad hoc reporting as required• Review software updates and releases and assist with testing as required.• Support upgrades, interfaces to other core business systems, interfaces to external systems, and helping to define and support IT processes.• Ensure all configuration updates follow proper procedures and workflow in order to comply with internal audit requirements• Work closely with end users to prioritize and manage completion of support tickets. Track and report support metrics.• • Leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements• Minimum one life-cycle implementation of Workday, including workflow development and integrations.• Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, procedures and best practice• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Proven communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude• Stakeholder Management• Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting.• Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes• Reporting• Tools – XML, XSLT and XPATH• Studio• • API/Web Services Apply tot his job
