About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with clients on various matters, from finding the perfect pet to troubleshooting issues. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment. The ability to multitask, perform well under pressure, and navigate multiple systems and software. Proficiency in using computers, navigating systems, and searching for information to support clients. Adaptability to changing business needs and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications While not required, having a Bachelor's degree and a passion for pets can be a significant advantage. Technical Requirements To work effectively in this remote role, you'll need: A dedicated workspace with a computer, free from distractions and background noise. A reliable, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed). A smartphone or tablet for two-factor authentication via Okta Check.
