Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems with promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes. You will be the primary point of contact for price change-related issues and questions, serving as a liaison between our merchants and stores. Your exceptional data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Understand data and identify price change discrepancies, taking initiative to resolve issues promptly. Comprehend complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, making adjustments as necessary. Review and enter stores' submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records. Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, streamlining processes and minimizing delays. Manage and review weekly price change reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions. Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Perform additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success of the team. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, analysis, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. A strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, a proactive and self-motivated mindset, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a data-driven, results-focused mentality. Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar software.
