What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance. Your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding support to both REALTORS® and homeowners who reach out to us. This is a purely inbound role, meaning you'll be responding to incoming calls rather than making outbound calls. There's no cold-calling, sales pressure, debt collection, or telemarketing involved – just genuine customer support!

Answer incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
Listen actively to understand caller needs and concerns
Provide accurate information and guidance based on established protocols
Document call details and maintain comprehensive records in our customer relationship management system
Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary
