We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support senior citizens during the prescription drug open enrollment period. This is a remote position, but you must live within commuting distance to Harrisburg, PA.

• Handle inbound calls and assist with benefit questions

Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet and distraction-free home workspace
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
