 Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST.
Required Skills
 Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
 Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English.
 Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
 Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus.
Qualifications
 A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
