Job Descriptions Co-ordinate with customers/carriersand related suppliersted departments for process and handle shipments as per sales/customers instruction.Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.Check quality and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives.Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/salesand CPL overseas/agents’instruction as fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures(SOP)to meet customers/agents’requirements.Take personal responsibility for daily solving problems and follow up on the requests and/or problems that key account customersexperience.Escalating point and being a single point of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction based > first level = Ops or Customer Service).Scheduling and preparing regular business review meetings together with the account owner, developing Power Point presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements. Qualifications At least 3 years experiences in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or shippingBachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related fieldStrong Customer Service mindWork under pressureSales-oriented with operational consciousSelf-confident with positive attitudeStrong Negotiation skillsDynamic, structured, flexible and ambitiousSelf-MotivatingGood in English language Special Knowledge Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)CargoWise1 know-how in related functions are advantage.
