As a Consultant on a project team, you will have the opportunity to partner with recognized academic experts from top universities including Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and more. You will use sophisticated data modeling and econometric techniques to shape projects and develop unique insights for clients. You will take on career shaping challenges, create structure from ambiguity, and play a key role in leading client engagements to a successful outcome. Qualifications: Consultants at Keystone have a diverse mix of academic backgrounds and professional experience. We hire directly out of Undergraduate and Master's programs as well as from a variety of employers from both the public and private sectors. For this role, consultants at Keystone will typically have: Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Accounting or Mathematical Statistics with modules in macro-finance, capital markets, financial modeling, corporate finance, valuations Relevant professional or internship experience within investment banking, asset/wealth management, financial consulting or private equity Adaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellence Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and develop financial models Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries Strong written and oral communication skills Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas Please note: You must have already graduated to be eligible for this role. Interview Process: Our interview process is centered around real case studies, offering candidates a window into the types of problems we solve at Keystone. You’ll meet with a range of Keystoners from different levels and practice areas. Each stage of the process involves a live Zoom-based case interview, typically drawn from real client engagements we’ve delivered Candidates who progress through all case interviews will be asked to complete a writing assessment The process concludes with a conversation with one of our Senior Partners, focusing on fit, motivations, and your long-term aspirations US Salary Range: $88,000 - $198,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
