What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day
Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Maintain a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Call center experience is a plus
Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
Availability to work during business hours after training
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry
Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices
Ability to navigate customer service software and systems efficiently
