No Experience is Required.

No weekends, evenings, or major holidays. Flexible hours.
Our hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Starts out Hourly and moves to Base + Commissions.
Remote positions available.
Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Present and explain insurance policies to clients, helping them understand coverage options and costs.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products.
Meet or exceed sales targets and production goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.
Required to get licensed within the first 30 days of hire. We will provide materials.
Must have a laptop or computer available.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Negotiate and process insurance policies.
Calculating premiums and establishing payment methods.
Humble and coachable attitude.
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments.
