Customer Service Assistant - Remote Opportunity with Competitive Salary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Workwarp. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing credits and debits, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and maintain bills of materials in the system
Respond to incoming calls from customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
Perform month-end processing and process credits and debits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information
Develop and implement a system of financial recordkeeping, including issuing receipts and recording payments
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience when interacting with vendors, customers, and colleagues
Adhere to established company safety policies and procedures
Collaborate with Production Supervisors and co-workers to achieve common goals
Perform administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Maintain electronic documents, including spreadsheets and other office files
Enter receivers into the ERP software and maintain accurate inventory levels
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
1 year of administrative assistant experience; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work overtime as needed
