**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for our valued customers and ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
