Purpose of the Position

As a Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in processing card member account renovations, handling credit balance requests, managing express coins, overseeing reconciliation and remediation processes, and supporting membership rewards for the US market. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage client requests within specified timeframes while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for the thorough evaluation of credit balance refund requests by analyzing available information and implementing strategies aimed at preventing losses to the organization. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you balance customer interests with organizational objectives, ensuring fair and timely resolutions that uphold arenaflex's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Support Excellence: Provide knowledgeable support and ongoing assistance to operations and cross-functional initiatives. Handle maintenance-related queries including balance inquiries, statement reviews, APR discussions, and other service requests with integrity and within precise timeframes.

Query Resolution: Respond to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining our customer-first ethos. Ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service.

Metrics and Reporting: Contribute to colleagues, customer, and shareholder metrics according to established goals. Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.

Process Improvement: Identify issues through feedback mechanisms and recommend adjustments in workflows, methods, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure premium service is consistently delivered.

Compliance and Quality: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines. Follow all regulatory requirements and internal policies meticulously.

Project Support: Assist with any new projects and initiatives within the directorate. Be adaptable and ready to support emerging priorities as business needs evolve.

Stakeholder Balance: Balance customer interests with the interests of arenaflex, finding solutions that satisfy both parties while protecting organizational assets.

Communication: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to understand and document essential records. Maintain professionalism in all customer and internal interactions.


Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Comfortable working with data, creating spreadsheets, and documenting information professionally.

Communication Skills: Excellent presentation abilities. Superior customer service capabilities are a must, including strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compliance Orientation: Must be compliant with organizational guidelines and approaches. Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

Primary MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Internal systems including Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors
Customer relationship management systems
Data entry and processing software
