Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate as needed
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous call center experience, especially in the Healthcare industry
Experience working remotely
Fluency in Spanish
