We are seeking multiple motivated and experienced Life & Health or P& C Insurance Agents to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing clients' insurance needs and providing appropriate coverage options to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to market and negotiate insurance policies effectively.
Ā *Responsibilities:**
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns
- Communicate policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients clearly
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
Ā *Experience:**
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or retail sales
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Demonstrated ability to market and negotiate insurance products
