**The Role**
As a Customer Service Advisor with German, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems related to our products or services. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
**Key Responsibilities**
• **Shifts**: Work 5 days a week, with 2 weekends per month, and 8.5 hours per day (7.5 hours of work + 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). Shifts will be between 7:00-23:00.
• **Training period**: Complete a 4-week training program, Monday-Friday, from 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:30.
• **Provide assistance**: Offer support via phone and email to customers.
• **Deliver technical support**: Assist with internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations.
• **Address contract and billing inquiries**: Thoroughly and efficiently handle contract and billing inquiries.
• **Handle customer complaints**: Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• **Promote and sell additional products**: Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues.
**Our Requirements**
• **Service-oriented thinking**: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• **Fluency in German**: Possess a minimum C1 level of fluency in German.
• **Outstanding communication skills**: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• **Administrative and technical knowledge**: Possess a solid understanding of administrative and technical concepts.
