Key Responsibilities Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet. Ensure that the service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to customer inquiries. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with customers. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services. Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Offer additional products and/or services to customers. Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. Dependability with strong attention to detail. Skilled in multi-tasking, including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment. The ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. Patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner. The ability to rotate shifts as needed. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following skills and qualifications can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
