No two days are the same in this position, so our client is looking for an outgoing creative and excited individual who is available full time. We offer a base pay of $47,500 with uncapped commission opportunities on top!
CSR Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations and process new sales.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Document customer details efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales area for increased customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
CSR Skills:
Excellent people and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions is preferred
