Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their demands. Log call details onto call management systems, ensuring accurate documentation and response within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintain and expand service and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with applications specific to individual clients. Understand and cater to customer profiles, tailoring communication to meet their unique needs and preferences. Ensure contractual SLAs are met, prioritizing customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Act as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark and its clients, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Representative at blithequark, you will need: Proficiency or bilingual fluency in French and Spanish, with advanced English language skills. A strong disposition to work in a customer service environment, with excellent teamwork skills. Proven customer care skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and address customer needs effectively. Initiative and adaptability, with a willingness to receive training and develop new skills. Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry. Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest trends and developments. Experience in E-commerce client service, specifically in post-purchase support.
