Job Summary of Customer Interaction Agent:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling packages, conducting quality checks, and managing transactions to ensure a seamless customer experience. With flexible shifts available, this presents a great opportunity to start or advance your career in a dynamic setting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Interaction Agent:
• Help clients with questions and needs related to shipping services.
• Verify shipment destinations and evaluate packages to ensure they satisfy quality requirements.
• Manage package processing using UPS systems and maintain meticulous records.
• Handle sales transactions promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
• Deliver expert and welcoming customer assistance amidst a busy environment.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Interaction Agent:
• Training will be provided, regardless of prior experience.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Necessary computer competencies for package monitoring and record preservation.
• Proficiency in managing multiple assignments and paying close attention to particulars.
• It is a requirement to have the legal right to work in the United States.
