Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, including resolving complaints and answering questions
Working in a team environment to achieve our company's goals and objectives
Handling customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage, and reservations
Resolving issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our services, including admission, schedules, and flight status
Completing forms and reports as required by the company
Meeting the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting

Requirements:

Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed
Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing techniques, rules, and regulations
Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
Ability to complete our Customer Service Specialist training program with a score of 80% or higher
Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
