You will interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, helping them with their queries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic tone will make a significant difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge **Requirements** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space * Organized desk area * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
