Assisting in the coordination and management of cross platform projects within Comcast, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborating with various teams and departments to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Conducting research and analysis on industry trends and best practices in cross platform technology to inform project decisions. Supporting project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Assisting in the organization and facilitation of project meetings, including taking notes and following up on action items. Contributing to the development and implementation of cross platform strategies and initiatives. Identifying and troubleshooting potential issues or roadblocks in project execution and communicating them to the project manager. Maintaining accurate project documentation and records, including project status reports and updates. Learning and utilizing project management tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Adhering to project management best practices and ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance project management processes.
