CRO + Funnel Specialist Needed (YouTube → Beehiiv → Lead Magnet → Call + Digital Product)
I create YouTube videos in the Europe relocation niche for an English-speaking audience (mostly people considering moving, retiring, or living part-time in Europe). The channel is growing, but I’m not seeing the conversions I want yet, and I need professional help to tighten the full system.
Current numbers (for context):
YouTube: 3,202 subscribers, 12.7K views in the last 28 days, +326 subscribers
Beehiiv: 234 active subscribers, 51.79% open rate, 13.79% click-through rate
Recent posts/videos show good engagement, but conversions into calls and purchases are not happening yet.
I built the funnel myself (lead magnet, landing page, CTA, Beehiiv sequence), but I have not seen the results I expected. I’m looking for someone who can audit everything and tell me exactly what to change and how to improve it.
This is not a design job. I need someone strong in CRO (conversion rate optimization), offer strategy, and conversion copywriting for creator funnels.
What I want to fix
I want to make sure I’m doing the right things after each video goes live to turn viewers into subscribers and customers. Specifically, I want the funnel to work properly the moment someone downloads the lead magnet.
That includes:
- lead magnet strength and positioning
- CTA effectiveness (spoken CTA, pinned comment, description)
- landing page structure and copy
- offer clarity and pricing
- Beehiiv welcome sequence performance and copy
- What to change after publishing based on data (weekly conversion routine)

Traffic: YouTube
Lead magnet: free relocation checklist/resource
Email platform: Beehiiv
Offers: paid 1:1 call (consultation) + paid digital product (“relocation map”)
What I need you to do
1) Full funnel audit
Evaluate whether the lead magnet is strong enough and positioned correctly
Evaluate CTA placement and wording (spoken CTA, pinned comment, description)
Evaluate landing page conversion structure + copy
Evaluate offer structure and pricing (is it easy to say yes, is the ladder clear)
Evaluate Beehiiv welcome sequence (where it loses people, what to improve)
Identify the biggest leaks and the fastest fixes
2) Action plan
Deliver a clear plan that answers:
What should I change right now
What should I test next
What should I stop doing
A repeatable checklist for what I should do after publishing every video
Landing page rewrite OR detailed rewrite notes by section (headline, bullets, FAQs, objections, trust, CTA)
Beehiiv welcome sequence rewrite OR upgrade plan (5 emails minimum)
