Creator Partner Manager
The Creator Partner Manager will lead our relationships with new and existing video and audio creators on Spotify across UK/IE.The role, sitting within our UK/IE podcast team, will focus primarily on video creators to ensure they view Spotify as a top-of-mind distribution and audience growth platform and have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs.The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency. What You'll Do Develop and implement creator engagement strategies to target local video-based creators who stand to benefit the most from the Spotify platformHelp develop funnel of new podcast talent in market through stakeholder engagement and internal and external advocacyDrive partnerships with key video creators and agents, onboarding them to platform and advocating use of Spotify’s suite of creator toolsCollaborate with teams across Spotify including business development, marketing, analytics, operations and more to support partners and add strategic valueCollaborate in the planning of creator engagement and training programs in marketBe an expert across Spotify’s suite of creator and monetisation tools, able to match the right product to each creator’s needs and opportunities Who You Are Proven industry experience in video creator industry and/or management across any genre or subject area - experience directly within a social platform or creator management sectors will be looked on favourablyExperience in business development, particularly in results-driven product advocacy and developing scaled programsAbility to turn data-backed insights into actionable partnership strategiesStrong understanding of the global creator landscape, the nuances of the local industry and challenges that face video/audio creatorsA go-getter who can make things happen, is comfortable taking the initiative and leading through influenceComfortable managing multiple internal and external partners with tact and discretion, and building consensusExcellent ability to build relationships with multiple functions at all levels of the organisation and industry Where You'll Be This role is based in London. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
