Creator Community Manager (TikTok Network)
Job Description: We’re building a vibrant TikTok creator community, and we’re searching for someone who lives for communication — a natural people magnet who loves chatting, following up, entertaining, and keeping the energy alive. You’ll be the social heartbeat of our creator network — reaching out to creators, inviting them in, helping them feel welcome, and keeping everyone active, inspired, and engaged. This isn’t about posting content — it’s about building real relationships and making creators fall in love with the community. What You’ll Do: Reach out to TikTok creators daily (DMs, comments, collabs) Follow up and nurture relationships — never let a conversation die Entertain and engage the community (messages, events, feedback) Write fun, human, and memorable messages Help creators feel guided, coached, and part of something exciting Pay Structure: $4.00 /hr + Draw On commission for every creator successfully on boarded or activated (structured per performance — we’ll share details in chat) Room to grow — as the community scales, your earnings can grow significantly. We want someone who’s in it to win — both socially and financially. Requirements: Must have an active social media profile (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) — share the link in your proposal. Excellent English writing — your messages should feel natural and alive. Outgoing, friendly, and relentless — you enjoy staying in touch. Emotionally intelligent and organized — you make people feel understood. Love for creators, entertainment, and online culture.
