Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the bank's compliance with CRA regulations and requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement CRA strategies that align with the bank's mission and values.
Monitor and track the bank's CRA performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Stay updated on changes in CRA regulations and communicate any updates and implications to relevant departments.
Identify and establish partnerships with community organizations and non-profits to support community development initiatives.
Attend community events and meetings to promote the bank's CRA initiatives and build relationships with community stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and submission of CRA-related documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
Train and educate bank employees on CRA requirements and initiatives to ensure understanding and compliance.
Conduct research and analysis on current and potential CRA opportunities for the bank.
Act as a liaison between the bank and regulatory agencies for CRA-related matters.
