As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: Delivers and Executes: Assists in growing, testing, deploying, and preserving software; Follows best practices established by the company and participates in development conversations; Consistently facilitates the team to achieve results, even under hard circumstances. Learns and Grows: Learns through trial and error while tackling new problems; Actively seeks ways to develop and be challenged through both formal and casual improvement channels. Plans and Aligns: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives; Collaborates with other team members in agile processes; Relates openly and easily with various departments and teams. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Exposure to the front-end era, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks; Exposure to an object-oriented programming language (ideally Java); Exposure to source code management control; Exposure to relational or NoSQL database era; Exposure to cloud computing techniques; Exposure to CI/CD tools; Exposure to microservice-based architecture. Minimum Education The knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is between $50,000.00 and $130,000.00. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, the location being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
