The Coordinator, e-Learning and Documentation Support plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and well‑coordinated
onboarding and training experience for new hires, residents, students, travelers, and internal transfers. This position supports Epic training operations, manages access and password needs, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain high‑quality training and documentation standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, service‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Employees in this role must reside in one of the following states to be considered for fully remote positions: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina**

Required:
• One year training coordination or related experience

• Experience providing administrative support for a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Associate degree or Bachelor degree
