As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our SEO clients and partners, managing their SEO campaigns, and representing our company with excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensure seamless communication.
Represent our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
At least six months of experience in customer service.
Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
Good English skills (for internal communication only).
Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.
Working Hours
Fully remote – all you need is a computer, headset, and a stable internet connection.
8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
