Responsibilities: • Perform Manual Translations: Translate complex or sensitive content 100% from scratch, maintaining fidelity to the source material while adapting the message for the target audience. • Review and Edit AI-Generated Translations: Carefully analyze and refine AI-generated translations to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic fluency, addressing errors, inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing. • Maintain Terminology Consistency: Ensure consistent use of specialized terms, jargon, and branding across all translations by adhering to established glossaries, style guides, or client-specific requirements. • Conduct Quality Assurance: Perform thorough proofreading and editing of all translations, whether AI-assisted or manual, to guarantee grammatical correctness, contextual accuracy, and high-quality delivery. • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, editors, and other translators to meet deadlines, resolve linguistic challenges, and ensure seamless communication for multilingual projects. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience in language translation, localization, or linguistic review. • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and linguistic conventions in both source and target languages. • Familiarity with AI translation technologies and machine learning principles. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using translation management tools and software. • Certification or training in translation or AI technology is a plus.
