Consulting Clinical Business Partner

We are seeking a Consulting Clinical Business Partner to lead and grow our Clinical Consulting offering within the Life Sciences sector. This role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, combining business development and project leadership with a foundational understanding of clinical development to steer high‑impact client engagements. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategic direction and financial performance of the Clinical Consulting portfolio Grow the commercial pipeline through client development, proposals, and strategic opportunities Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients across clinical development and R&D transformation initiatives Oversee delivery quality, governance, and performance of clinical consulting engagements Guide and mentor Consulting Clinical Managers, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery Analyse clients’ business processes and propose tailored, value‑driven solutions Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Leadership to scale the offering Promote brand visibility through industry events, conferences, and partnerships Required Profile: 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in consulting, CRO, or technical environments At least 5 years’ experience in consulting and/or business development roles Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Trials environments Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive commercial growth Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline Fluent English What We Offer: At Arithmos, you will shape the future of our Clinical Consulting business, working closely with leadership and global Life Sciences clients.
