UI/UX Designer I (Full Time) - United States

They are seeking a UI/UX Designer I to shape the look and feel of their digital products, driving the design process from concept to final handoff while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and engineering teams Support user research initiatives, including usability testing and competitive analysis, to gather insights that drive design improvements Utilize and contribute to our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across various platforms and products Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine design solutions and ensure high-quality delivery Skills Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelor's degree program.
