Construction Project Manager Entry Level Sales

Position Summary This entry-level role begins with learning the fundamentals of our business through project management responsibilities — assisting with take-offs, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process. Over time, as you gain experience and product knowledge, you’ll transition into a full sales representative role with your own customer base and sales goals. What You’ll Do • Review civil project plans and specifications to prepare accurate material take-offs and quotes • Prepare detailed civil structure take-off for manufacturing purposes • Support the sales team with pricing, proposals, and customer inquiries • Coordinate project details between customers, vendors, and internal teams • Learn our products, systems, and customer base • Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors • Progress into an outside sales role as experience and performance grow What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred (not required) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company • Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Prior customer service, estimating/construction experience a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here: • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals • Career growth opportunities into full sales roles • Competitive compensation with performance-based growth potential • Supportive, team-oriented environment Apply tot his job
