We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer with demonstrated experience in leading hardware engineering for training systems, overseeing specifications, installation, troubleshooting, equipment management, and team mentorship.

As a Computer Hardware Engineer, you will:
Ā Be responsible for the Computer Engineering and Hardware integration activities supporting highly complex Training Systems.
Ā Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals.
Ā Lead the design, install, and integration of the hardware and software to deliver the training devices.

A week in the life of a Computer Hardware Engineer:
Ā Support the Computer Hardware engineering effort for training systems.
Ā Review and produce detailed specifications for proposed hardware solutions.
Ā Lead team for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer or computer-related equipment.
Ā Develop, track, and manage all equipment and deliverables (Drawings, manuals, reports, labeling, inventory).
Ā Interact with internal and external personnel to ensure product delivery.
Ā Provide mentorship and training.
Job Requirements
Ā Active Secret Clearance
Ā 8 years experience and BS/BA degree
Ā Linux experience
Ā MS Windows experience
Ā Experience installing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer equipment, peripherals, audio visual equipment
