[Remote] ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITAM and ITOM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Brixton Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM functionalities. The role involves designing and developing solutions based on business requirements, integrating ServiceNow Change Management, and managing testing processes. Responsibilities • Must be able to design and develop appropriate solutions based on the provided business/solution requirements and design. • Development may consist of ServiceNow configuration and development in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM functionality areas and App engine within ServiceNow. • Required to integrate ServiceNow Change Management processing within Service Request management to ensure Catalog items are calling change management as part of the process. • Required to create functional and user acceptance test cases for execution by technical and business users to meet the business and solution requirements. • Must be able to manage and track the design, development and test cases using ServiceNow SAFe and Test Management functionality. • May be asked to manage other ServiceNow developers to ensure they complete assigned tasks by the due date. Skills • 8+ years of non-internship professional experience. • At least 6+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience. • ServiceNow system administrator certification. • 4-6 years development and configuration experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM and ITOM capabilities. • Experience in Agile software methodology. • Experience in ServiceNow workflow and flow designer, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI actions, SOAP and REST web services. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Development experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and Employee Center Pro ServiceNow Mobile. • ServiceNow Next Experience UI.
