Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Home Care Provider with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll be responsible for providing a range of care services to our clients, including:
Helping clients take prescribed medication and managing their medication schedules
Assisting with mobility in and around the house, including transfers and ambulation
Providing personal care and hygiene services, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Preparing meals and snacks that meet our clients' dietary needs and preferences
Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
Performing other duties as required, such as running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful as a Home Care Provider with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll need:
Previous caregiving experience, either in a professional or personal capacity
A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Unwavering patience and compassion, even in challenging situations
Willingness to travel to clients' homes and facilities
Ability to pass a background check
