Key Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Data Storage Administrator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing and maintaining our data storage conditions, ensuring the highest level of data security and integrity * Executing and maintaining enterprise backup and data assurance strategies * Proficiently managing and monitoring reporting stages and software * Executing storage plan methods, based on industry principles and best practices * Collaborating and communicating with application, database, server, and other technology groups on engineering and design choices, to ensure suitable storage technology and design * Demonstrating strong organizational skills to adapt and prioritize tasks in a constantly changing work environment * Contributing clear and concise documentation for both daily and ad-hoc tasks * Providing specialized support and guidance on complex tasks such as installation, setup, and backup/restore activities for all systems * Performing code updates and security patching to maintain the health of storage systems * Applying general knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system concepts to interact with different stages effectively EssentialQualifications: * General knowledge of data storage or related field(s) * Shown expertise in virtualization solutions * Hands-on experience working with hardware (Servers, LAN/SAN Switches, storage, etc.) * Familiarity with current and cutting-edge data security technologies * Knowledge of NAS concepts and protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) * Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows) * VMWare concepts and organization PreferredQualifications: * Capacity to provide clear and well-organized documentation * Strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Excellent organizational skills and perseverance in completing assigned work * Ability to contribute to the completion of achievements related to specific tasks * Proven problem-solver and ability to work independently * Active involvement in equipment life-cycle management * Broad investigating and execution monitoring skills * Ability to work autonomously under broad guidanceEducation: * Four-year degree from a certified school in Software Engineering or a related discipline (a combination of training, work experience, and education may be considered)Benefits: * CompetitiveSalary * Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan * 401(k) Program with Company Match * Paid Vacation * Personal Time Off (PTO) * Employee Discount * Additional Security and Long-Term Disability Protection (LTD) * Flexible Spending Plan * Holiday Pay * On-site Integris Center and Pharmacy * On-site Clergy Services : If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data storage and management, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications for this role.
