Salesforce Solution Architect FSC + nCino
About the position Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Solution Architect! This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Zennify’s clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions. Other than being the designated extrovert of our project teams, the Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs. Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations and state and federal governments. Responsibilities • Facilitates discovery workshops, in tandem with other team members, to gather customer requirements, understand customer personas and elicit user stories • Assess client current architecture and architect solutions that meet client needs • Create solution design and articulate design to client and team; articulate value and gain buy-off; ensure user story definition clarity and perform quality reviews • Develop POCs and demos to articulate design concepts to client, including best practice recommendations; elicit feedback and adjust design to meet needs • Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies • Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded • Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing • Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project • Recommends alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates • Participates in design and code reviews • Analyzes and mitigates bugs and issues • Provides release planning, devops governance and deployment plans • Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing • Writes technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team members • Documents build plans and delegates work to team members Requirements • 5+ years consultant experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services for complex system implementations • 3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications • 3+ years of Salesforce experience complex third-party solutions; alternatively 2+ years experience on nCino implementations • Experience managing project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution • Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle • Possesses familiarity and first-hand experience with third party solutions that support vertical objectives • Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients • Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools • Deep familiarity with one or more Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud; alternatively understanding of nCino operation application • Experience with Financial Services Cloud: FSC features, functionality and data model • Experience deploying web-based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML • Understands testing and release processes • The ability to work productively as a remote team member and willingness to travel as needed up to approximately 30% of the time. • Is comfortable with the overuse of GIFs on Slack (no, seriously, we send a lot of GIFs) Nice-to-haves • Thrives in a team-based, high energy and fast-paced environment • Service-oriented and innately driven to produce outstanding customer satisfaction and results • Enjoys discovering, learning about and implementing new technologies • Analytical and able to logically and methodically work through problems • Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment • Possess a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills • Financial Services industry knowledge: regulations and compliance requirements, best practices & industry standards, recommended configuration & customization to meet specific business needs • Demonstrates the following leadership skills: • Sets deadlines for project team members • Assigns responsibilities and directs work of project team members • Mentor, train and guide team members • Monitors progress • Coaches and mentors • Escalates when necessary • Analyzes/Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize risk Benefits • Pawreavement & Pawternity Leave: Two days off of work if you bring a new furry friend home, and two days off of work if you have to say goodbye to one.
